Can I cancel my investment?

Yes. You can cancel during two specific time windows, directly via the Deed platform. This is known as the cooling off period.

-First window: within 48 hours after you invest in the property.
-Second window: within 48 hours after the property is fully funded.

If more than 48 hours have passed since you invested, but the property has not yet been fully funded, you can still cancel, please email support@startdeed.com.
Important to know: Withdrawals return only your original invested amount (no rewards or income). The refund will be processed back to the same payment method used for the investment. All withdrawals are subject to KYC/AML checks.

How do I earn returns, and how are they calculated?

Your returns come from two sources:
• Monthly Rental Income: Earn a share of the net rental income from your property.

How can I exit my investment if needed?

Exiting your investment is simple and flexible:
•⁠ ⁠Share Transfer: After a 12-month holding period, you can transfer your shares to another interested investor during scheduled exit windows (twice a year). The value of your shares will be credited to your Deed wallet.
•⁠ ⁠Property Sale: After 3 to 5 years, all investors vote on whether to exit the full property. If the majority agrees, the property is exited. If not, it stays active.

If a property doesn’t reach its funding target, your investment will be refunded to your Deed wallet. You can:
