    After completing KYC, log in to your Deed dashboard.

    Go to the “Search” tab to view available opportunities 

    • You’ll see active properties that are still open for fractional investment
    • Once a property is fully funded, it disappears from this view 

    🔔 Deed listings do not remain live indefinitely. They are funding rounds that close automatically once fully funded.

    1. Make sure your wallet is funded or pay directly via debit card.

    How often are new properties added to the platform?

    We are constantly sourcing and vetting new investment opportunities. New properties are added to the platform on a regular basis, so be sure to check back often.

     Can I “watch” a property and come back later?

    No. There is no watchlist feature. Listings should be treated as time-sensitive funding rounds.

    What does the "funding status" of a property mean?

    The funding status shows how much of the property's value has been funded by investors. Once a property is fully funded, it is acquired and you will start earning rental income. Typically within 1-2 from SPV creation date. Subject to estimated timelines, investors will be informed if these projected dates change.
